Job Description:
You will be key to implementing the PP&S Technology Roadmap and its transition to a modern technology ecosystem. You will map PP&S systems data, collaborate with teams to validate data and gather system requirements, and oversee data migration and integration with PP&S and enterprise systems (including SAP, ServiceNow, and HRIS). Working closely with the Senior Manager, Technology and Data, you will lead stakeholder discovery sessions and support key data processes for system management. This includes conducting and maintaining data source quality assurance and developing in-system reporting. You will also manage project artifacts, timelines, and business cases throughout the technology ecosystem's implementation.
This role emphasizes data architecture, system integration, reporting, and project management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing new ERP systems, including managing the data architecture and strategy. This includes extracting system data, mapping it to the new data structure, resolving data quality issues, overseeing data uploads and transfers, and managing new system reporting, KPI, dashboard development, and analytics requirements.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality Assurance: Become an expert on People, Places & Spaces PP&S systems and data sets and broader enterprise systems like SAP, HRIS (Mypath), OKTA and ServiceNow. Ensure data integrity by working with PP&S stakeholders to format, clean, and validate datasets before migrating them into the selected IWMS system.
Data & System Mapping: Collaborate with data migration administrators/vendors to determine source-to-target data mapping between PP&S systems (IWMS, Robin spacebooking software, Hub Star utilization sensors, physical security access cards, etc) and enterprise systems such as SAP, HRIS (Mypath), and ServiceNow, and an integrated health safety system for OH&S.
Support System Integration Requirements Gathering: Assist on SAP integration and help with data requirements definition and mapping. Assist on HRIS integration and recommendation on how to structure group / individual team member extracts to automate various system use in assigning security and permissions
Data Structure and Migration: Develop expertise in the data architecture and ingestion capabilities of new systems to design data structures and oversee the migration of historical data into the IWMS. Work with PP&S teams to determine how much historical data needs to be migrated versus archiving datasets for ad hoc analysis or reporting.
In-System Reporting & Configuration: Configure in-solution reports and build custom reporting and dashboard templates across systems. Review draft templates with department teams and leadership prior to implementation.
Process Documentation: Document processes, data architectures, migration plans, and reporting requirements to ensure clear communication and alignment with the technology roadmap.

Project Description: Establishing a robust technology ecosystem within PP&S will enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and create a more agile and responsive environment to better support ATB's strategic goals. This initiative aligns with the organization's broader technology consolidation efforts and will enable PP&S to effectively adapt to the evolving Real Estate, Facilities, and OH&S technological landscape.
Critical to this role, will be the implementation of a new IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), IHS (Integrated Health System), and access card reader hardware and software.
