Business Process Analyst within People Places & Spaces (PP&S), you will be key to implementing the PP&S Technology Roadmap and transition to a modern technology ecosystem. You'll become an expert on our current technology stack and enterprise systems (HRIS, SAP, ServiceNow), and play a key role in documenting, re-engineering, and improving processes during the new ecosystem's implementation. Working closely with the Associate Director, Experience Operations, you'll identify process improvement opportunities and guide teams in leveraging the new ecosystem, particularly the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), to achieve greater efficiency and align with PP&S and enterprise process architectures. Partnering with the Data Architect & Analyst, you'll document processes for reporting, dashboards, and analytics within the new ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience contributing to implementing new ERP systems, including managing the transition from current to future state processes.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, expertise in applying project management and process documentation methodologies, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Tech Ecosystem Project Primary BA: As the primary Business Analyst for the Tech Ecosystem Project, you will manage the full business analysis lifecycle (Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment, and Maintenance) for all active projects within the program of work.
Project Timeline Management: You will support and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met and proactively addressing delays or issues.
Project Coordination: You will support project and program success by managing project documentation, capturing stakeholder and system requirements, and alerting the team to emerging issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
Process Documentation:
Collaborating with the Business Process Analyst to document key processes for the new technology ecosystem, aligning them with PP&S and enterprise process architectures. Collaborate with PP&S teams to document undefined processes and identify improvement opportunities, focusing on core technology systems like IWMS, space booking software, and the security access card system.
Map Process Improvement Opportunities: In the stabilization phase, you will develop a deep understanding of the IWMS and other integrated solutions, mapping their functions, workflows, and capabilities to achieve incremental benefits and efficiencies.
Data Integrity and Validation:
Collaborate with the Data Architect & Analyst and PP&S teams, you will ensure data integrity and reliability before, during, and after the transition to the new ecosystem.
Support System Integration Requirements Gathering: Assist with SAP and HRIS integrations, contributing to data requirements definition and mapping. For HRIS integration, you will assist with recommending group / individual team member extract structures to automate various system use in assigning security and permissions.
