You will
- Practice Leadership: Build and lead the practice, ensuring excellence in Automation and Testing service areas.
- Team Development: Promote an engaged team culture through mentoring, coaching, and training.
- Business Development: Lead business development activities, identifying opportunities and collaborating with teams across client.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations, positioning the practice as a leader in the field.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to the scaling and delivery of the consulting business unit’s goals.
- Operational Participation: Engage in key consulting operational activities, including scheduling, business updates, and practice meetings.
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in building "Testing COE" (centre of excellence) in different domains.
- Extensive experience in a senior role, leading or heading testing and automation services.
- Consulting and professional services experience, delivering engagements across various clients/organizations.
- Respected as a capable coach and leader, skilled at building motivated and engaged teams.
- In-depth knowledge of technology in automation and testing services, backed by personal insights.
- Proficient in influencing client stakeholders and recommending strategic directions.
- Flexibility in moving between various client assignments
- Highly organized, credible leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Passionate about leading disruptive thinking, challenging the status quo, and innovating approaches.
- Keen ability to identify and act on business opportunities for the practice and the company.
