Project/Program Coordinator (PCO)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Control Officer (PCO) to support ERP-related initiatives for a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Program and Project Managers by tracking milestones, managing documentation, maintaining project sites, and ensuring timely reporting and follow-ups.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on high-impact technology projects, including ERP system enhancements and implementations. Candidates with experience in SAP or other ERP systems will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and update project activities, timelines, and milestones in coordination with Project and Program Managers.
  • Draft and distribute concise and accurate meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation on Teams and SharePoint.
  • Prepare timely and accurate status reports and dashboards.
  • Support multiple workstreams simultaneously while prioritizing competing demands.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the program’s MS Project plans.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in project coordination, project control, or program support roles.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP projects — SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS Project and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Technically savvy — able to understand and work within IT project environments.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in enterprise IT, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project coordination certifications are an asset.
