We are looking for an experienced Product Strategist who can combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to influence product direction and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, collaborator, and communicator who can bridge the gap between user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and risks.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to extract insights from large datasets and guide strategy.
Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Define product priorities, evaluate business impact, and create actionable product roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Stakeholder Communication & Storytelling: Present strategies clearly and effectively to product leadership, internal teams, and clients. Use data-backed narratives to drive alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
Technical Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product recommendations are realistic and scalable within existing technical constraints.
Customer Engagement & Validation: Conduct interviews and gather direct feedback to ensure product concepts align with real user needs.
Business Case Development: Evaluate ROI, build monetization models, and assess the commercial viability of new product initiatives.
Agile Methodology Alignment: Ensure strategies are closely tied to Agile development processes and tools.
Proven experience as a Product Strategist, Product Manager, or SME with end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with data and derive strategic insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
Sound understanding of product development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
