Job Title: Identity Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Identity Analyst to join a dynamic Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will act as a key representative, fostering strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders reliant on IAM services. The environment is fast-paced, with complex access changes requiring precision and efficiency under pressure.
Ensure adherence to performance-based SLAs for timely and accurate access management.
Take ownership of assigned project deliverables, including Active Directory (AD) Group Remediation, Department Onboarding, and RBAC enhancements.
Work independently on day-to-day tasks while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Provide regular progress updates and proactively flag obstacles or delays.
Apply Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles, adhering to the principle of least privilege.
Manage Active Directory in multi-forest environments, ensuring secure and efficient access controls.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and IAM best practices.
Proficiency in Active Directory (multi-forest environment experience preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Fully remote (must be available during Mountain Time business hours).
Small, collaborative team (1-5 members).
High level of communication required (rating: 5/5).
