Job Title: Desktop Support 3
Location: Burnaby, BC / Vancouver, BC (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months (possibility of extension based on customer requirements)
Target Working Hours: 7.5 hours/day
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support 3 professional to join our team in Burnaby/Vancouver. This is an onsite role supporting our client’s Windows-based environments and Office 365 applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 and other Microsoft applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations as part of system administration tasks.
Assist with application installations and troubleshooting on both desktop and mobile platforms.
Support AV hardware and software issues, including MS Teams, Logitech devices, WebEx, etc.
Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
Must-Have Skills / Experience:
Advanced Windows 10 / Windows 11 support experience
Advanced Office / O365 application support experience
System Administrator experience
Excellent in-person communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience:
Experience troubleshooting application installation and use on Windows workstations
Experience troubleshooting AV hardware and software (MS Teams, Logitech, WebEx, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting application installation and use on mobile platforms (Apple, Android)
Microsoft or Cisco Certifications
