- Event Participation and Networking: Represent EmergiTEL at industry events and webinars, and foster strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Client and Candidate Experience Improvement: Utilize technology to streamline recruitment processes and establish effective feedback loops to refine our services.
- Personalized Communication: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and utilize CRM tools to maintain and deepen relationships with candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
