Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Full Stack Developer team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality across the entire SDLC—from API to UI to database validations. This role demands strong analytical skills, test automation capabilities, and a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end systems. Experience: 4–7 Years Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Full Stack Developers to understand application architecture and integration points
Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests
Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Validate RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar
Write SQL queries for backend data validation
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups
Identify, document, and track defects; drive defect resolution
Support CI/CD pipelines with test automation integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Required Skills:
Strong experience in manual and automated testing
Solid knowledge of testing REST APIs and web-based applications
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular) and related testing tools.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
Experience with version control tools like Git
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with full stack development teams
Hands-on experience with performance and security testing is a plus
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus
