emergiTEL is looking for a dynamic, process-driven professional who thrives on bringing order, quality, and accountability into fast-paced recruitment environments.

In this cross-functional leadership support role, you’ll work alongside recruiters, business leads, and shared services to optimize recruitment workflows, ensure compliance across systems, and uphold the standards that make great placements possible.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Monitoring
    Track daily/weekly recruiter activity using tools like Internal CRM/ ATS (applicant Tracking System), and internal dashboards to ensure optimal pipeline progress.

  • Quality Assurance
    Identify inefficiencies or missing elements in the recruitment process (e.g. incomplete job orders, poor documentation, low activity on roles) and provide feedback to recruiters.

  • Operational Support
    Be the go-to for recruiters and hiring managers for tools, process guides, and standardized best practices. Train and coach new team members on systems and compliance.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination
    Ensure smooth transitions for placed candidates including sending proper onboarding/offboarding links, forms, and documentation across teams.

  • Reporting & Feedback Loops
    Create and manage regular reports to leadership on recruiter efficiency, activity gaps, and process bottlenecks.
     

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy analyzing systems and spotting where things fall through the cracks

  • Can give constructive feedback and influence without formal authority

  • Are naturally organized, reliable, and love keeping things on track

  • Have experience in recruitment, HR operations, or project coordination
     

Preferred Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or HR process management

  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Bullhorn, CATs) is a plus

  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and compliance

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
