Job Description & Responsibilities

The Facilities Management – Support & Maintenance professional will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth facility management. Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Support: Execute daily operational tasks to maintain facility conditions and support smooth workplace functioning.

  • Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

  • Maintenance: Perform light repairs, troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing facilities’ furniture inventory and storage, including delivery and installation of small furniture items.

  • General Support: Provide flexible coverage and step in as needed to assist the team.

  • On-Call Support: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to handle facilities-related emergencies.

Project Description
