The Facilities Management – Support & Maintenance professional will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth facility management. Responsibilities include:
Operational Support: Execute daily operational tasks to maintain facility conditions and support smooth workplace functioning.
Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Maintenance: Perform light repairs, troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing facilities’ furniture inventory and storage, including delivery and installation of small furniture items.
General Support: Provide flexible coverage and step in as needed to assist the team.
On-Call Support: Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to handle facilities-related emergencies.
Proven experience in facilities management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on, practical skills with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
This role provides operational support to the Facilities & Maintenance team, enabling core team members to focus on the rollout and integration of the new tech ecosystem project.
