Task Risk Assessment (TRA) Analyst - 188584

The following actions/deliverables will be performed by the vendor TRA offering:

confirm with departmental sponsor TRA scope including obtaining detailed system design and architecture documentation (for instance, Enterprise
Architecture Diagrams
to physical degree of detail, Data Flow Diagrams, Use-Case Scenarios etc.);

plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and appropriate controls against digital service assets;

participate and contribute in other cybersecurity deliverables such as Vulnerability Assessments or Penetration Testing, as related to the department or NSHA digital service or project;

submit and deliver a formal presentation of the TRA deliverable to the requesting Departmental or NSHA service.

2.4 Proponent Qualifications
The TRA vendor services proponent(s) must:
have experience in conducting or participating in assessing digital services using industry standard cybersecurity best practice methodologies.

demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of IT related experience within one or more of the following fields: Cybersecurity and Risk Management assessment methodologies
IT Infrastructure/Networks
Identity, Credential and Access Management
Application Design/Development/Testing
Enterprise Architecture
SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Digital Service Delivery Models

have experience facilitating workshops and bringing stakeholder groups to consensus;
have proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;
have strong writing skills to produce accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Experience with Government of Nova Scotia would be considered an asset.
