Senior Business Systems Analyst - TI1107

As an expert in the field, you’ll manage the delivery of services requests, while providing mentorship to other BSA in the team, enabling them to meet their delivery timelines.  You will develop strong relationships with program areas to support alignment of solutions with corporate strategies. Organizes and manages work effort to provide quality service in a productive and cost effective manner

As a trusted advisor and partner to the business and technology leaders, you will serve as the main liaison between Client, Development team, Systems Admin team and DBA team. You will develop letters of expectation, communicate deliverables and provide guidance. You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business needs.

As an analyst, you will review, define, analyze and evaluate the application technical requirements, business system, and user requirements, and translation into detailed specification design document, test plans, and user documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy. While translating the overall business requirements into the requirements for each component, you will manage the code review ensuring the code satisfies design specifications and complies with project standards.

As an ambassador of our solutions, you will manage timely resolution of Priority Heat tickets independently on functional front, and manage functional review and impact analysis of fixes or custom changes, to ensure they satisfy the design specifications standards.
 
 


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
  • With 6 or more years of experience in a relevant IT area (development, QA, PM, Architecture) or 8+ years in general Information Systems
  • With over 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules
  • Experience working with a payroll processing organization
  • PeopleSoft Time and Leave & Payroll experience
  • Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Careers and Succession, Learning Management, and Health Safety and Wellness.
  • With a university degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • With experience in product test planning and execution, requirements analysis, requirements management / documentation, use cases, UML / object modelling
  • With other technical skills as per the team / project focus (e.g. Oracle)
  • Business process modelling
  • With a familiarity with relational database concepts, and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) concepts.
