Job description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M365 Administrator with migration projects experiences to join our dynamic IT team. This role is responsible for the administration and support of our Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant, ensuring optimal performance and will support the account migrations activities from our Google environment to the new M365 Tenant on evening shifts.
Migrate accounts from Google to M365 (must be available to work on evening shifts).
Troubleshoot migrations issues when required.
Manage and maintain the M365 tenant, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 services.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for M365-related issues, working closely with the IT support teams.
Collaborate with Microsoft Support and other vendors as necessary to resolve complex issues.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and projects.
The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 years of experience in M365 administration or related IT roles.
Strong knowledge of M365 hybrid environment, including:
Exchange on prem and online,
SharePoint Online,
OneDrive,
Teams.
Proficient in Powershell.
Proficient with AD,
AD Connect,
EntraID.
Language : bilingual preferred but English speakers accepted
Assets:
Experience using migration tools (BitTitan) and Jira is a plus
