My client is seeking a mechanically inclined, hands-on professional to join a dedicated onsite maintenance team. This is a physically active role where no two days are the same — one day you might be repairing a fence, the next adjusting fan belts or replacing a motor. If you’re practical, resourceful, and enjoy solving mechanical issues, this could be the perfect fit. Candidate Must be Bilingual or French Speaking. This position is 100% onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks across the manufacturing plant.

• Repair fences, ventilators, motors, and other mechanical components

• Adjust fan belts and assist with day-to-day upkeep

• Respond to requests efficiently and independently

• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth facility operations

Requirements:

• Mechanical experience with strong hands-on skills.

• Candidate Must be Bilingual or French Speaking

• Valid driver’s license (site is not accessible by public transit)

• Physically fit and comfortable in a large plant setting

• Electromechanics experience or certification (Quebec-specific)

• Able to handle general maintenance (excluding HVAC/electrical)

 Nice to Have:

• Welding experience is a strong asset
