3. Ensures team members are effectively onboarded onto projects
4. Supports planning, preparing, and conducting of Agile ceremonies
5. Reaches out to stakeholders in organization to remove impediments
6. Conducts training sessions on topics like Agile process, user stories, etc.
7.Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders

Project Description: The Digital Sales and Onboarding Origination Project aims to significantly enhance ATB's digital sales and onboarding performance, addressing the current gap with market leaders as identified by a recent Finalta benchmarking study. Focusing on retail clients in fiscal year 2026, the project will optimize the acquisition journeys for chequing, savings, credit card, and unsecured lines of credit products. This will involve streamlining online and mobile application flows, enabling product bundling, and strategically deploying pre-approved offers and prominent calls to action across digital channels. A key priority is creating a seamless and frictionless onboarding experience that meets market standards, validated by third-party assessment. This includes implementing a robust KYC process with multiple verification methods, integrating necessary fraud checks, and ensuring a unified credentialing system across all in-scope digital platforms. Initially, the project will leverage the existing technology stack, primarily Grow and SAP Account Origination, with assessments conducted to determine viability before exploring alternative solutions.
