Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SCCM/Intune Administrator to support our client's hybrid IT environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with a Team Lead and a team of Tier 3 technology professionals to manage, optimize, and secure endpoint management solutions. This role is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless operations across both on-premises and cloud-managed endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Administration:
Deploy and manage Windows OS and applications using SCCM.
Maintain SCCM infrastructure, including patching, software updates, and reporting.
Troubleshoot SCCM client and deployment issues.

Intune Administration:
Configure and manage Intune for modern device management (MDM/MAM).
Deploy applications, policies, and security settings to endpoints.
Enforce compliance policies and conditional access rules.

Hybrid Environment Management:
Support and optimize a mixed on-premises and cloud-based endpoint environment.
Manage hybrid-joined and Azure AD-joined devices.
Collaborate with the security and infrastructure teams to align with best practices.

Automation & Scripting:
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and efficiency.
Implement proactive monitoring and remediation scripts.

Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues.
Work as part of a Tier 3 support team to resolve complex endpoint management challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
3+ years of experience managing SCCM and Intune in a hybrid enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 deployment and management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
Familiarity with software packaging and deployment.

Preferred:
Experience with Autopilot and Windows Hello for Business.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
Certification in Microsoft 365, SCCM, or Intune (e.g., MD-102, SC-900) is a plus.
