Project Description:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Support the execution of Money Movement sustainment projects within budget, including requirements gathering, analysis, and project updates.
  • Feature Enhancement & Decision Support: Contribute to 4-5 projects annually focused on feature enhancements across ABMs, Bill Payment, and Cross Border Transfers, providing decision support and execution assistance. These are smaller scale more focused projects
  • Squad Story Preparation: story preparation within an agile or waterfall environment; squad coordination if required
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Gather requirements and conduct analysis to support the development and implementation of policies related to real-time payments.

Job Description:
Purpose:
Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements and recommendations across key business and technical processes

Responsibilities:
  • Creates business concepts based on needs of business units and ATB
  • Serves and advises projects, initiatives, and/or the business by turning requirements into feasible solutions
  • Understands key businesses processes / systems and how they interlink, and is able to leverage that knowledge to support the vision and goal creation of improvement related initiatives / projects
  • May support projects in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, documentation and other metrics, including providing insights into project delivery plans and facilitating communication between project stakeholders
  • May engage in support of product/project/initiative launch, and transition period after deployment
  • Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers

  • Strategic Communication & Inquiry: Strong communication skills, including active listening and using techniques like "5 Whys" to uncover root causes.

  • Relationship Building & Collaboration: Proven ability to foster trust, communication, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholder
