Account Executive (Digital)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of growth—owning and developing a portfolio of client accounts while delivering high-impact advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem. Your mission: help brands succeed by connecting them with the right audiences, in the right moments.

Your Impact:

  • Build and grow relationships with CPG companies, media agencies, and internal retail category teams.

  • Use a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to understand client goals and craft strategic media recommendations.

  • Develop and execute detailed account plans that align with client KPIs and business objectives.

  • Deliver against revenue targets and contribute to team and vertical goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal strategy, insights, analytics, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Translate complex campaign performance data into actionable insights for clients.

  • Lead conversations around measurement, impact, and ROI in partnership with analytics teams.

  • Manage a full sales pipeline—identify opportunities, prioritize leads, and convert new business.

  • Present compelling, customized proposals and RFP responses to brands and agency partners.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development within digital media, CPG, retail media networks, or programmatic advertising.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving client growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and collaborating with both agency and direct clients.

  • Audience-first mindset with a deep understanding of media targeting and campaign performance.

  • Strong grasp of multi-product and multi-channel sales environments.

  • Familiarity with grocery, beauty, or pharmacy retail categories is a bonus.

  • Experience in category management, loyalty programs, or retail data solutions is an asset.
