About the position
Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for SaaS and enterprise growth? Our client, a rapidly expanding global innovator in digital insurance solutions, is searching for a Sales Director to drive revenue, close high-value deals, and shape the future of Insurtech. If you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and are ready to lead sales at scale, this is your chance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced SaaS Sales Leader: 8+ years selling SaaS solutions into enterprise accounts; early-stage company experience is a big plus.
Domain Expertise: Background in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Predictive Modeling.
Enterprise Sales Cycle Expert: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, applying analytics to solve business challenges.
Sales Evangelist: Results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and belief in the mission—ready to drive deals, not just relationships.
Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in early-stage environments, understands the value of teamwork, and enjoys building from the ground up.
Master Communicator: Exceptional in delivering compelling presentations, closing deals, and building trust.
Proven Success: Consistently achieves revenue targets and quotas with a track record of strategic sales wins.

Essential Skills
  • Expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong consultative sales abilities, defining customer needs and presenting impactful solutions
  • Experience with strategic sales methodologies

Work arrangements
Fully remote role for U.S.-based candidates, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while leading global sales initiatives.
Compensation
💰 Competitive compensation of $150K base with an exciting OTE of $300K, offering incredible earning potential!
