Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external vendors, to define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and governance.
Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies as appropriate for each engagement.
Monitor and report on project progress, key milestones, risks, and issues to executive leadership.
Manage change control and scope adjustments with an eye on business value and impact.
Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices for implementation, configuration, and integration.
Support organizational change management and end-user adoption strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SPM or custom apps).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist are strong assets.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
