Digital Mail Insurance Assistant
This is an integral position on the Xerox service delivery team supporting Marsh McLennan and Co. Looking for an outgoing individual with strong computer, customer service skills and presents a personal professional image.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Incoming Policy Mail
• Open, sort, scan incoming hard copy mail
• Review scans for quality issues
• Sort soft copies using look up tools in client software
• Attach documents to correct client in broker or client management system using specific coding and verbiage based on document type
• Assign task based on mail to appropriate team as required
Other
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Other mailroom duties as assigned
