We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Facilities & Corporate Services to oversee the operational excellence, safety, and efficiency of multiple office locations, including Montreal and Toronto. This role leads a small team and manages third-party vendors to ensure all aspects of facilities management, office services, procurement, and physical security are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Office Operations
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs, including HVAC systems, office configurations, and life safety systems.
Manage facilities in multiple locations, including subleased spaces, and ensure lease and insurance obligations are met.
Coordinate office moves, renovations, and departmental reconfigurations on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate floorplans, seating charts, headcount data, and inventory controls.
Corporate Services & Procurement
Lead procurement initiatives for non-IT goods and services in collaboration with legal and global sourcing teams.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance, ensuring services are delivered according to agreed standards and timelines.
Track and report on budget performance, forecasts, and capital/operating expenditures.
Manage mail, courier, messenger services, and general office services.
Health, Safety & Security
Ensure physical security systems and access management are effectively operated and maintained.
Supervise life safety procedures and regulatory compliance related to facilities and occupancy.
Represent the department on internal committees such as Health & Safety and Crisis Management.
Team Leadership & Project Management
Supervise a small internal team and a network of external vendors.
Set team objectives, support performance reviews, and foster staff development.
Lead or contribute to departmental planning, controls, KPIs, and business continuity initiatives.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in facilities management, office services, or corporate services (flexible for the right candidate).
Experience leading small teams and managing external vendors.
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and general MEP infrastructure.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with real estate leasing, office build-outs, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
Experience working with internal controls, KPIs, and reporting tools.
LEED certification or experience with sustainability initiatives is an asset.
Excellent communication skills in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
