This engineer needs to be deeply familiar with Dynamics 365 and how to configure its functions, to help support our efforts to build a next generation mental health case management solution on that platform. Working with Employer Products Engineering team , building mental health case management applications.
We have a major capital initiative to enhance how we are using Dynamics 365 for our mental health case management and are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Engineer or functional lead, with a strong focus on designing and implementing solutions for complex business applications.
• Extensive experience in architecting complex solutions with Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Connectors, Data flows, Power Apps Component Framework & Power Automate and SSIS Packages (KingswaySoft).
• Thorough understanding of the Power Platform Success by Design and how the platform needs to be architected considering the service protection limits, deployability, maintainability and environmental constraints.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization techniques for seamless data exchange.
• Strong understanding of security considerations and compliance requirements with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Ability to commit to continuous learning to implement modern solutions to solve business challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cross-functional requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
