- Project Description:
Island Health is kicking off cloud onboarding project with implementation of Azure Landing Zone. This project will complete following tasks:
- Define Operating Model (Cloud Governance, CCoE, FinOps Design, Resource Plan,)
- Organization Culture Change (Cloud mindset, Process changes, Change management, ITIL Version 4)
- Resource Onboarding
- PIA/STRA completion
- Map roles and skills (Cloud Operations, Cloud Governance, Cloud Security, Cloud automation and DevOps)
- Direct Stake Holder engagement with various departments throughout Island Health.
- Coordinating Landing Zone Design and implementation
- Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval.
- Build upskilling plan (Establish teams, identify gaps, Create individual training plan)
- Lead Application Assessment (Application roadmaps, Azure migrate assessment)
- Lead Tooling Acquisition
- CCoE formation
- Cloud Governance implementation
- Coordinate DevOps pipeline implementation
- FinOps Implementation
- Monitor and Surveillance Implementation
- Post Implementation Testing and validation
- Post Implementation project closure documentation
Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:
Previous Health Care experience,
Strong stakeholder engagement experience,
Infrastructure project experience,
Knowledge of cloud is preferred,
