- Administer the SAP HYBRIS MARKETING CLOUD platform
- Analyze and provide technical specifications for adding new functionality on SAP Marketing Cloud
- Develop new Open Channel connectors and integration flows (iFlows) in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and Marketing Cloud
- Ensure the platform is functioning properly
- Build non-regression tests to validate SAP Marketing Cloud updates and customer deployments.
- Provide technical specifications for REST API development/maintenance
- Support platform users to establish best practices and ensure that SAP Marketing Cloud meets their needs.
