UX Expert - TI2305-1

Job Summary:
As a UX Expert, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centric products that meet business goals and user needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and enjoyable user experiences across our digital platforms. Your role will involve conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring the final product is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:


User Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct and analyze user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios.


UX Design:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in the design of all digital products.


Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development process.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.


Testing and Iteration:
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Maintain and update design documentation and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
