Salesforce Experience Builder Developer - 43644

As part of our dynamic Digital Trade Activation team, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on Web Development and Community Management experience to join our organization. This role is pivotal in leveraging Salesforce Community Cloud to enhance our user interfaces and improve customer engagement through compelling, branded, and intuitive web pages. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the global team, utilizing a mix of technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript alongside Salesforce Experience Builder to devise and implement effective solutions that align with our company’s strategic objectives.
1. Manage Salesforce Community Cloud, including design, development, and deployment of customized pages within Salesforce Community Cloud using Salesforce Experience Builder, adhering to our global standards and templates
2. Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions, with a keen eye for UI/UX and methodologies to enhance it.
3. Enhance website performance, including checking page load times, auditing unused pages, and ensuring proper structure.
4. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance page functionality and aesthetics, ensuring a seamless user experience that reflects our brand’s voice and standards.
5. Collaborate with the global development team to understand available widgets and components, ensuring compliance with company policies while maximizing customization within predefined limits.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Community pages, offering technical support and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical insights and recommendations to meet business needs within the scope of Salesforce Experience Builder capabilities.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices to continually drive improvements and innovations within our Salesforce environment.
8. Document all configurations, designs, and coding changes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the IT and development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and Salesforce Experience Builder.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a keen eye for design and user experience.- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, limitations, and development standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Developer Certification.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Experience with CRM systems and leveraging their capabilities to support the business.
