• Conduct and document analysis for diverse workstreams in the OPOR Project and enhancements related to the Department's business and strategic goals. This includes assessment of the current situation and business requirements, development of solution recommendations, opportunity evaluations, development of business cases and cost analysis. Solutions may be business, process, technology, and/or service oriented.

• Plan, Facilitate and lead workshops with internal and external participants and facilitate decision making with the business, departmental management, and external partners (where appropriate)

• Lead and complete the preparation and documentation of business requirements, business process definitions, workflow processes and data models, system specifications, and implementation plans.

• Present complex options with a solution recommendation to leadership and partners.

• Conduct research to establish best practices and recommend technology and service solutions

• Aid in directing the system development process, including planning and monitoring development efforts.

• Provide expertise/advice on behalf of partners to project managers and technical specialists
