Join our team - Macrosites Manager:
In the Wireless Implementation team, we take pride in managing all the construction activities in our wireless network. We apply lots of common sense and project management best practices to make sure we use our resources in the most efficient and effective way possible. Our team is known for being benevolent dictators; helping our project team members with removing roadblocks, and also holding them accountable for their results. We enjoy the flexibility of mixing both indoor/office work and outdoor activities; not two days are the same here!

* Ensuring we have all the permits and construction drawings in order to proceed with tendering the
civil work
* Supervising our construction contractors and resolving site-specific issues
* Keeping proper records of the construction and installation activities (as-built drawings, pictures,
change orders)
* Managing our quarterly capital spending profile
* Providing project status reporting to the program primes, and escalating issues when appropriate
* Building good working relationships with your project team, and making it the best place to work
