NOTE: Hybrid Model (2-3 days in the office per week)
Seeking a Project Manager to lead the Project Support Office, central Region, providing regionally focused on project implementation supporting Wireless, Wireline and Transport technologies. This key position is focused on project implementation and project delivery of major programs such as Uplift, Service Expansion and Greenfield.
Reporting to the Manager - Project Support Office, central Region, and maintaining tight synchronization with the national Project Management Office.
•All projects are to be completed on time and within budget.
•Provide thought and strategic leadership throughout projects.
•Manage the Planning, Execution and Closure of mandated projects.
•Identify and manage project and resource interdependencies to deliver on the Business objectives and targets.
•Negotiate and communicate with stakeholders, forecasting, priorities, deliveries, and logistics to meet overall project requirements.
•Collaborate with the sponsors, fellow Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
•Project completion with attention to finances, resources, material to satisfy KPIs and expectations in scope with project stakeholders.
•Strong Project Management fundamentals
•Leadership aptitude with people management experience
•Strong project financial forecasting and cost management
•Experience with delivering large, complex, capital build projects in a telecom setting
•Strategic thinker who can make decisions and plan, develop, and implement innovative solutions
•Advanced skills in MS Office suite, SharePoint, BI tools and highly proficient in MS Project & JIRA
