Helpdesk support - K1304
Markham, ONLooking for helpdesk support specialists for a hybrid, 3+ months contract to support
- remote support tools, such a Teams, QuickAssist, Teamviewer, ManageEnginePlus
- supporting users in a Windows 10 environment, their logins
- AD account management, creating, password reset, decommission of users accounts
- O365 mailbox management would be a plus
- Desktop imaging with Ghost or other imaging tools
- Familiar to working with a helpdesk ticketing tool, ServiceDesk or other
