  Job Description: Specialist, Roaming QOS

Must Have
• Strong knowledge of core & roaming network signaling and standard protocols
• Deep understanding of VoLTE and IoT roaming network technologies and testing
• standard knowledge of UMTS/LTE/5G signaling (i.e. IuCS, IuPS, GSM MAP, CAMEL, ISUP, SIP, S1AP, SGs, GTPv1, GTPv2, Sy, …)
• advanced knowledge on IMS&LTE network architecture include SIP and Diameter protocols
• The experience to monitor the network performance and identifying network issues
• Critical thinking and strong network troubleshooting skills
• Strong skills to analysis data, read graphs, build reports and reach to conclusions
• Familiar with the core and roaming network KPIs/KQIs
• Generate and update documentation on regular bases
• Flexibility to work during the night hours
• Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Experience with roaming launches projects in different technologies including VoLTE roaming
• Familiar with the IREG testing process and roaming QoS performance monitoring
• IREG testing basic knowledge such as IR24, IR32, IR35, IR38 and IR25

• GRX & IPX interconnect signaling protocols knowledge
• 5G NSA, SA core and roaming strong knowledge
• Standard 5G SEPP interworking knowledge
• IP switching and routing skills
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Linux OS hands-on experience
• Roaming testing tools hands-on experience e.g. SIGOS
• Knowledge of SMS/MMS intercarrier communication
• Network analytics tools hands-on such as Mobileum, NetScout, Polystar etc.
• Hands-on experience on Dell , Cisco etc. switches and routers
• Understand the traffic taping and traffic aggregation
• Previous work on the deployment of the probing /network analytic tools
• At least 3 years of experience in cellular network
