ROLE: Delivery Specialist Bilingual

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The delivery specialist works closely with other designers and network specialist. He is responsible for delivering solutions and projects in a dynamic environment focused on network growth and technological advancements.He must be able to solve technical problems, perform team performance management and quality control of service delivery. The high level of interaction with customers, suppliers and employees, as well as the diversity of skills required, demand a high capacity in problem solving.

The responsibilities associated with the position are:
-Analyze and manage execution priorities based on information provided by stakeholders.
-Manage dependencies, prerequisites and establish a sequence of activities at the task level. Make sure deadlines are met.
-Align and ensure technical deliverables and materials for all activities.
-Prepare tender documents, analyze bids received and manage external contractors for all activities assigned to them.
-Manage integration activities with internal partners.
-Manage risk analysis and participate in mitigation plans.
-Follow up on quality and cost control.
-Ensure the safety of the premises and the site.
-Project the completion dates of the various tasks (Schedule management).
-Ensure that files are closed
-Support and participate in the organizational initiative
-Responsible as Delivery Specialist for certain other special projects.

MUST HAVE:
-Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
-3 years of experience in coordinating telecommunication network implementation project or equivalent (UPDATED on Sep/ 22: Manager is open to candidates with project management experience but not in telecommunications)
-Ability to work with technical documents (planning specification, plans and detail telecommunication engineering document);
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Good knowledge of basic computer software (MS Office-Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal software)
-Available for travel (approx. 20% when they need to go to a contract site if there are any questions) within Quebec, close to Montreal
-Valid driver's license, and their own vehicle (mileage and accommodations will be covered up to the availability per month)

Analyser et gérer les priorités d'exécution en fonction des informations fournies par les parties prenantes.

Gérer les dépendances, les conditions préalables et établir une séquence d'activités au niveau de la tâche. S’assurer que les échéanciers sont respectés.

Aligner et assurer les livrables techniques

Gérer les activités d'intégration avec les partenaires internes et Externe

Gérer l'analyse des risques et participer aux plans de mitigation.

Projeter les dates de complétion des diverses tâches (Gestion de cédule).

S’assurer de la fermeture des dossiers

Responsable comme Spécialiste de Livraison de certains autres projets spéciaux.

Qualifications:

3 ans d’expérience en coordination de projet d’implantation de réseau de télécommunication ou l’équivalent;

Capacité à travailler avec des documents techniques (spécifique au télécommunication);

Capacité à travailler sous pression;

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais écrit et parlé;

Bonne connaissance des logiciels informatiques de base;
