THIS IS A HR ROLE for a seasoned SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant

Join a high performing team that is transforming the digital experience for  team members through our migration of core HR, Time and Payroll to SuccessFactors.

In this role, as a seasoned SuccessFactors reporting consultant, you will be the subject matter expert in determining the future service delivery model and strategy for HRIS reporting across. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas, facilitate workshops to document current state and identify opportunities for simplification using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

What you’ll do:
As a SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant, you will lead the reporting stream of this transformational program
● Leverage your subject matter expertise with SuccessFactors reporting to determine the preferred solution for the identified reporting needs
● Coordinate with Project Managers, business process subject matter experts and key stakeholders across all program streams
● Gather all existing HR reporting requirements for all relevant functional areas (e.g. payroll, time, benefits, onboarding, etc.)
● Collaborate with the identified stakeholders and conduct a gap analysis to help design the future state HR reporting and analytics strategy, focusing on creating efficient and effective standardized self-serve reporting and analytics
● Execute the implementation of our new reporting framework:
-Identify opportunities where standard reports in the new system can replace existing reports, document existing reports that can be decommissioned
-Prioritize existing reports that require custom builds in SuccessFactors
-Work with system administrator on role based permissions security protocols for reports
-Collaborate with data SMEs to design data flow and required configuration for new reports
-Lead the building, testing and validation of any non-standard reports
-Determine and align with key stakeholders on service delivery model for post production support
-Collaborate with Change Management team to create training material as required to support reporting needs post launch
● Participate in regular meetings to communicate results and provide updates to the program management office
● Manage conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
● Ensure deliverables are on time and adhere to quality standards

● Exceptional SuccessFactors reporting knowledge and experience using Employee Central, Time and Payroll data
● Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of reporting systems
● A track record for executing and delivering on objectives

Nice to have skills:
● Knowledge of SAP HCM
● Telecommunication industry experience
● Previous experience in analyzing and translating large volumes of data into insights

Minimum qualifications
● Exceptional SuccessFactors reporting knowledge and experience using Employee Central, Time and Payroll data
● Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of reporting systems

Great-to-haves
● Knowledge of SAP HCM
● Telecommunication industry experience
● Previous experience in analyzing and translating large volumes of data into insights
