The opportunity:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to assist with and coordinate the marketing for a high performing team within our Vancouver office. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Prepares high-quality proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials while maintaining the company and team brand. Includes layout, design, and production. 
•    Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing effort. 
•    Responsible for managing team member social media accounts which includes producing eye-catching posts and other communication materials. 
•    May work with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production. 
•    Handles confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
•    Carry-out special projects as requested.

What we require:
•    A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience and education.
•    Experience in a sales or marketing environment preferred.  
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
•    Fundamental knowledge of print and digital marketing, as well as graphic design principles.
•    Basic project management skills are an asset, as are writing/editing skills.
