The Project Manager will:
Support one or more Project Managers or Portfolio Leads in the management of activities on various projects.
Perform day-to-day project coordination and administration activities such as tracking, reporting, and facilitating resolution of issues and risks, following up on action items, taking meeting minutes, updating project schedules using MS Project Online.
Work collaboratively with other groups to ensure optimal integration as required.
Assist in the creation of project artefacts, including scorecard updates, status reports, and provide input to management reports
Perform analysis using tools such as Excel.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Project Planning & Management
3 + years skills and experience in I&IT project management.
Skills and experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
Skills and experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
Skills and experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills and experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data
Skills and experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
