Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the product development process for multiple scrum teams. Your key drivers will be enabling the scrum teams to meet their sprint goals by helping the teams to coordinate their inputs and outputs, leading agile ceremonies, aiding in the removal of any impediments and buffering them from any distracting influences.

The teams rely on your leadership personality and creative approaches to bring out the best in them, and to help the teams constantly find ways to improve the ways they deliver value to their customers/stakeholders.

You will employ your knowledge and experiences of Agile and Lean practices and Scrum and Kanban practices to support the continuous improvement efforts, as well as share your expertise and experiences with the broader Agile community.

Here’s how
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (meetings, standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Have a variety of workshop exercises ready that fosters team improvements, easier decision making and overall group alignment
  • Facilitate trouble-shooting meetings between cross functional teams
  • Facilitate scrum of scrums for multi-team projects
  • Work across the Digital and organizational teams to enable agile work styles
  • Record, track and monitor timelines and track the team’s delivery (performance)
  • Strong JIRA knowledge is a plus - setting up a workflow process and ensuring workflow or tools are provided for pre-development work (design, UX, content, accessibility and SEO). While it is a plus, we can also teach you how to use JIRA if you have experience using similar tools before.
  • Configure and regularly update confluence
  • Set up and maintain tools (configure and update Zapier, JIRA, confluence, etc.)
  • Report on team performance metrics
  • Passionate in finding, applying and sharing innovative techniques that will help shape the team's culture, performance and delivery flow
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master working with Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • As agility nurture nurtures experimentation, we’re looking to hear what experiments have worked and which didn’t during the interview
  • Highly skilled at agile software development methodologies, values and practices
  • In depth experience with lean, lean startup, and lean UX approaches
  • Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential, champion change, to find their motivation
  • Creative, inventive and innovative at taking on complex challenges
  • Advanced facilitation skills to conduct effective working sessions to drive problem solving
  • Finds and applies new and leading agile tools and techniques
  • Effectively works through conflict and de-escalates difficult situations
  • Diplomatically navigates complex and controversial discussion
  • Acts as an agile champion and subject matter expert across to ensure the team lives the agile principles and practices
  • Actively identifies and supports team members and leaders in removing impediments for the benefit of the organization as a whole
  • Develops close working relationships with digital leadership team
  • Viewed as a leader and constantly coaches junior team members
  • Acts as a resource to resolve highly complex problems across portfolio
Must have skills:   ** No exact must haves except for certification 
1.  Scrum Master Certification
2. Team player - really looking for an intermediate - sr practitioner that is looking to go the agile coaching route. Really looking for someone who will deliver and work well with the team. 
3. Excited by challenges, willing to work with the junior team and solve issues together, while mentoring and solving problems 

Nice to have skills:
1. E-commerce background or experience working with User interface and UX
2. Previous experience working with a jr. development team - our team needs support in terms of how to respond and react 
3. People person, willing to work with others, join all team members, brainstorming sessions 
4. Developer background
