Digital Marketing Manager (SEM/PPC)

We’re looking for a bright, ambitious, super-talented digital marketer to drive transformation in our digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with teams within, our marketing agency and marketing partners to take a data-driven approach to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, experiment with new marketing technologies, and ultimately drive increased return on our advertising spend.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:
-You will work in tight partnership with Digital (our internal digital agency) and external partners to implement transformational change, leveraging your strong analytical skills, digital marketing know-how, and results-oriented thinking to drive digital marketing performance improvement.

Here's how:
-Manage SEM and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, sales and mobile app downloads
-Analyze real-time performance to identify optimization opportunities
-Provide results-oriented recommendations to inform future campaign development and optimize customer experience
-Spearhead the development and implementation of digital marketing performance tests and innovation projects
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders to develop shared goals and work towards common outcomes
-Clearly present commentary, insights and program status updates to all levels of the organization

You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
-Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing to drive traffic, sales and app downloads
-Proven track record of turning data into insights to drive actions and outcomes using your background with marketing platforms including Google, Bing and Meta as well as Google Analytics and / or Adobe Analytics
-Strong understanding of cross-channel attribution models
-With exceptional communication and project management work, you have a track record of spearheading projects and bringing teams together to guide change in partnership with cross-functional teams
-Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities/able to craft concise and compelling results-oriented stories tailored to the audience
-Natural business and industry curiosity and a willingness to listen to, explore, and present new ideas
-Experience working in or with marketing agencies

Must to have skills:
1. Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing to drive traffic, sales and app downloads
2. Track record of turning data into insights to drive actions and outcomes using your background with marketing platforms including Google, Bing and Meta as well as Google Analytics and / or Adobe Analytics
3. Exemplary presentation and story-telling abilities/able to craft concise and compelling results-oriented stories tailored to the audience

Nice to have skills:
1. Minimum 3 years experience running SEM / PPC campaigns
2. Experience working with mobile app analytics such as Firebase and/or Appsflyer
3. Currently working at or have previously worked at a digital marketing agency

Great-to-haves
-Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce
-Minimum 3 years experience running SEM / PPC campaigns
-Experience working with mobile app analytics such as Firebase and/or Appsflyer
-DoubleClick or Adobe certification
-Understanding of data management platforms (DMPs) and cross-channel audience strategy
