Oracle HCM Developer
> Looking for developer for next 12 months (with possible extension) who will be responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting applications in our HR space.
> Candidates must have extensive development experience with one or more of the following application areas:
> •Oracle HCM Cloud Product suite (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absences, ESS, MSS)
> •Oracle SOA
> •Kronos
> •Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications
> •Perform enhancements, production support of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absences, ESS, MSS, Compensation, and Performance management modules in Oracle HCM
> •Develop and support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Timekeeper, employee benefits providers, Pension, Total rewards, Discounts, company active directory Etc.
> •Configure new requirements in Core HCM, Benefits, absence, ESS, MSS, Compensation, and Performance management modules in Oracle HCM
> •Gather requirements, analyze, design and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing.
> •Document code consistently throughout the development process
> •Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
> •Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and management to define new (and enhance existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long-term strategy
> •Provide user support during project phases and provide effective handoff to the appropriate IT support teams
> •Collaborate with cross-functional partners (QA, Business Analyst, Development, etc.) in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
> •5+ years of experience as developer of Oracle or HR applications
> •5-6+ years of technical experience with various Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR, Benefits, Payroll, absence, Self-Service, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management modules.
> •Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
> •Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader
> •Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract
> •Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas – HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Comp
> •Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, EBS Fast Formulas
> •Must have strong Database development experience
> •Knowledge in Oracle SOA would be an asset
> •Knowledge in WIM would be an asset
> •Proficiency with HTML/CSS, APIs is preferred
> •Should be able to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
> •Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
> •Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science
> •Excellent written and oral communication skills   
> Mandatory Skills:
