Project Manager Network Infrastructure-XP11

The Project Manager, Network Infrastructure is a key role in our national infrastructure project management team. The key objective of this individual is to oversee projects that span multiple regions, primarily focused on key infrastructure upgrades. The activities with include coordination with the regional Program Managers, Commissioning Team, Field Teams, and other internal and external teams/vendors.  Duties include to plan, monitor, manage the project workflow and optimize day-to-day activity including setup, budgets, and forecasts of project and task completions.  Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Create and Implement Process, provide guidance, and coaching to team members.

Essential Job Functions
  • Collaborate with site acquisition, engineering, supply chain, construction, and operations primes to prioritize and schedule project deliverables
  • Assess project deployment plan or business case to develop project scope
  • Lead regular meetings with stakeholders on resolving implementation issues and variances, and develop action plans to manage changes or issues on projects
  • Collaborate with construction implementation teams to identify and balance internal resource allocation
  • Regular reporting and communication on project status and budget
  • Effectively manage change orders on projects
  • Manage program financials and projects in accordance with corporate financial policies and tools (SAP & Quickbase)
  • Manage risk within program and escalate issues where appropriate
