Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead Consultant (formerly HR Sr Business Analyst)

Rogers is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead Consultant (Job title known internally as HR Sr Business Analyst) will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle’s Fusion solution. As the Lead Consultant, you will leading the payroll modules project and work with Rogers Business and operations team to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution
•Lead requirements gathering sessions and support business and operations team in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution. Maintaining and building fit-gap/RTM workbook.
•Drive & contribute to project solutions, responsible for gathering input / documenting HLD/DDD (High Level Design / Detailed Design Document).
•Understand Oracle’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements
•Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solution
•Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
•Support the business and operations team during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
•Work closely with third party technology vendors; ability to challenge the vendor design to ensure what is being built satisfies the needs of our business partners.
•Supporting the data migration technical team and/or client with any data migration efforts
•Assist the integration/technical team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
•Complete the client work on time and budget
•Mentor and review the work of junior team members

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
•Must have full life cycle implementation of at least 2-3 Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations
•Overall 8 + years of experience in Payroll implementation and designing space in any ERP domain (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.)
•Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications
•Experience with other Oracle HCM module (Absence & HR Core).
•Role-Specific Competencies: Business Analysis; innovative design skills, problem solving; workflow analysis; project management.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
•Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company a plus
•Previous experience in telecommunication sector in Canada a plus
