Business Analyst III

ServiceNow Configuration Management BA
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify, analyze and verify core business processes and workflows. Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements; documenting and validating current state and future state business processes
• Review and modify existing process documentation, create new documentation where necessary and manage overall process change to improve efficiency
• Assist with daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospectives as well as requirements gathering sessions, interviews, and records analytics from internal systems and applications teams
• Liaising with a variety of business units; negotiating with large groups of stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Act as intermediary between business units and IT during solution design and development
• Analyze, document and communicate requirements for a variety of audiences (user stories, use cases, and/or system specifications)
• Provide support during implementations as required for training, business process roll-out, and change management
• Manage and maintain backlog, ensuring stories are captured, interviewing stakeholders as required, and have complete information (ready for Devs to be assigned)
• Help make profitable decisions through insights and data analysis
• Determine how to help improve processes and analyze the impact of implementing new features

Must haves:
Min 8 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT
