Ultimately accountable for configuration and development for the various SAP S4 core modules and other SAP solutions.
Ensure all solutions designed and delivered are optimal to maximize capability and performance.
Primary contact internal and external customers for technology and process discussion acting as trusted partner.
Manage internal and offshore Functional Analysts and Developers to design, develop, and deploy minor Change Requests, Incidents, minor enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Accountable for all changes to all environments and change deployments via Change and Release Management leverage SAP Solution Manager.
Work with Basis and lead OS, Kernel and Application upgrades.
Establish and maintain partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively address pain-points, business roadmaps, and seasonal readiness.
Create and maintain an environment for the team that enables autonomy, learning culture, and continuous improvement.

What are your skills and experience?
Comprehensive knowledge SAP S4/HANA and IBP architecture, upgrade path, and implementation methodologies and tools.
Working knowledge of CHaRM and Early Watch Configuration/Reports using SAP Solution Manager
At least 5 SAP full lifecycle implementations
At least 10+ years of managing SAP Functional and Development teams.
Knowledge of various integration platforms including SAP CPI.
Experienced in Software Development Management using Waterfall, Agile and DevOps.
