As a Network Planner 3, the Contractor is expected to be able to interpret the strategic goals and created Tactical Plans, so that design can implement the equipment required to meet all the program requirements. It is essential that the Contractor be experienced in the Telecommunication field that he is planning in. Must have a fundamental knowledge of costing, scheduling and the associated equipment. Is expected provide guidance to partner teams and peers and meet committed project timelines and budget.
Must to skills:
1. Must be familiar with the following equipment AC, DC Power Plants, DC-AC Inverters, DC Battery Strings, DC Power Distribution elements (PDI, BDFB), UPS, backup Generators, Fuel Systems and Monitoring with main focus on AC Power infrastructure.
2. Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
3. Understanding and awareness of HVAC and Space planning and impacts on Power demand and reliability
Required Professional Designation/Certification:
• Engineering degree in Electrical discipline, or if in another engineering field, must possess strong, related Electrical experience
•Licensed professional engineer, or Professional Engineer designation in progress
•College / technical diploma in related field with strong professional/technical experience will also be considered
