Our client has an exciting new Marketing Manager role on a 12-month contract with potential extensions!

Description:

Responsible for identifying and managing initiatives required to support and contribute to company's Online Security's marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
1. Bridge the acquisition and base customer teams with a strategic focus on the customer experience from pre-sale through point of purchase, product onboarding and lifecycle engagement.
2. Responsible for existing direct-to-consumer (D2C) acquisition and base marketing campaigns deployment, data analysis, reporting and optimization.
3. Create, implement and test new campaign journeys.
4. Accountible for product use reporting, insight delivery and campaign optimization recommendations.
5. Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to align on recommendations and present results on campaigns, programs and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA)
1. Analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Required Proficiency Level: Advanced
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite of software an asset. Required Proficiency Level: Intermediate
3. Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, journeys, and marketing communications principles. Required Proficiency Level: Intermediate
4. Attention to detail and an ability to analyze and understand data is a must.
5. Soft skills: Collaborative, strong time management, and an ability to remain on task in a highly collaborative, virtual enviroment

Education: University Degree
Experience: 4-5 years of varied business and marketing experience, with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. Industry/technical experience is a plus. Sales or product management experience is an asset.
