Senior Product Manager

Description of Work:
  • Execute on the overall vision and strategy for the Customer Identity and Access Management system
  • Create and maintain well-defined product roadmaps with the flexibility to pivot and align with fast-changing business drivers/enterprise priorities.
  • Discover, Decompose, Define, Prioritize and fully own product requirements for all channels and integrations capabilities
  • Work with internal and external customers to identify their needs and shape the product roadmap accordingly
  • Co-Lead cross-functional product teams composed of Architects, Researchers, UX Designers, Developers etc.
  • Work closely with key partners in the Information Security and Architecture group to understand the Identity and Access Management needs and opportunities
  • Translate relevant elements of the product/program vision into a clear Channels & Integrations strategy for Team Member Tools experience, (and especially for the Team member facing experience of Customer Identity and Access Management [CIAM] )
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Required Skills and Experience:
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Proven experience leading cross functional teams in a Product Owner capacity
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and their expectations
  • Experience working with products involving APIs development and implementation preferred
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Previous experience working with Identity and Access Management initiatives a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
