Solutions Architect - (External) 3 -16682

We are the Digital Strategy (Channel & Customer Experience) team, and we have one single objective - using technology to deliver the very best possible user experience. Whether you’re a customer exploring our products and pricing online, a sales rep providing a quote, or a dealer submitting an order, our team is committed to ensuring your experience with our systems is seamless.

We sit within the Business Marketing team, and we support everything from small to mid-market businesses, as well as both our wireless and wireline suites of products.

As a contractor on this team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our technology stack to enable more efficient and effective selling in a virtual environment. This includes driving enhancements across our telephony, customer-relationship management (CRM), and configure/price/quote (CPQ) ecosystems.

Role highlights include:
* Working directly with our sales and dealer channels to understand their in-depth needs, and use this to identify key enhancements to the sales journey
* Building a combination of third-party vendor solutions and custom internal solutions to bring to life these key enhancements
* Carefully supporting the sales and dealer teams through the change management of leveraging these new solutions
* Sharing regular updates on progress with a senior leadership audience

Here’s what you bring to the table:
* Sales-tech expert: You have a strong working knowledge of sales technology - CRM, telephony/dialers, and/or CPQ
* Designer: Your empathy allows you to gain a deep understanding of your stakeholders, and you can easily translate this to system design needs
* Change champion: You have experience guiding key stakeholders through significant change
* Architect: You’re adept at organizing multiple systems/processes to work together, and standing up an operational structure to support this
* Hurdler: Using a combination of collaboration, influence, and creative thinking, you’re adept at overcoming any barrier hindering their progression

Must to have skills:
Sales-tech expert: You have a strong working knowledge of sales technology - CRM, telephony/dialers, and/or CPQ
* Designer: Your empathy allows you to gain a deep understanding of your stakeholders, and you can easily translate this to system design needs
* Change champion: You have experience guiding key stakeholders through significant change

Nice to have skills:
1. Working knowledge of multiple different technology will be an asset
2. Strong communication skills to senior audience/management.
3.Hurdler: Using a combination of collaboration, influence, and creative thinking, you’re adept at overcoming any barrier hindering their progression
