Project Coordinator will support the implementation of critical security controls

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, executing and monitoring of IT projects
• Perform PCO tasks such as project coordination, budgeting, reporting, tactical/strategic meeting organization, escalations and risk management.
• Assist in facilitating project status and other meetings, responsible for coordination, booking, monitoring attendance, distributing materials, taking meeting minutes etc.
• Generate required internal reporting using consistent formats across different target audiences. Project, KPI, customer and other reporting to be delivered, sometimes under tight deadlines.
• Assist with resource planning and estimation
• Work with management to resolve issues and remove roadblocks across various internal teams, vendors and partners.
• Assist with the development, documentation and roll-out of new processes and policies.
• Coordinate the transition of services from implementation to support, including tracking of all deliverables, and getting sign-off from all teams in a timely fashion
• Plan and coordinate specific technical activities, including change request creation and tracking, development of the methods of procedures (MOPs) required for implementation, verification and back-up of changes

• Good organizational skills and the ability to navigate internally and externally smoothly
• Strategic thinking; the ability to see the big picture while keeping the details in mind
• Strong communication skills
• Strong capabilities in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations (MS Office/G Suite)
• A ‘get it done’ attitude and ownership for tasks from their inception to completion
• A drive to learn new things
• Experience with the delivery/coordination of IT Infrastructure projects

The following would be considered a strong plus:
• Experience with agile methodologies

Must to have skills:
