We bring the suite of consumer home products and services to life by working with our agencies and marketing teams to amplify the customer benefits in the market and evolve our approach to our customers. We focus on enabling data-driven decisions to identify opportunities and maximize outcomes for the customers and the business.

This is an exciting role that leads various campaigns and drives customer engagement and MarComm effectiveness, where you are part of the evolution of our incredibly fast-paced technology world. You’ll bring teams together to focus on streamlining communications and marketing campaigns, and you thrive in an environment of constant change.

Here’s how:
--Develop and manage high-performing, customer-centric marketing communications programs on time and on budget
--Apply brand guidelines, including visual standards, to all client-facing communications
--Build relationships with the creative agency and internal stakeholders to support coordinated product, channel, and promotional activities that create a unified and powerful market presence
--Has a keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of the big picture, proactive and effective communications across multiple teams, and adept management of often-conflicting interests
--Manage, forecast and monthly reconcile budgets
--Take appropriate creative risk and apply strategic judgement as a liaison with advertising, media, production agencies and other marketing communications vendors
--Engage cross-functional team primes to understand current state, assess future state options, develop plans, deliver and measure success
--Use data to develop insights to measure and understand campaign efficacy and identify opportunities for improvements

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
--Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams while bringing campaigns to life
--Excellent writing skills and proven success with brief writing, status updates and consolidated feedback
--Marketing communications experience in an agency or corporate environment delivering B2C or B2B campaigns

--Experience leading initiatives in marketing, marketing communications; agency experience an asset
--Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent post-secondary education an asset
--Agency and media experience an asset
--Proficiency with G-suite and/or MS Office applications
